Kardio Kickboxing

Overview
Kardio Kickboxing D.J. Studios is now offering a kardio kickboxing program to all interested individuals. This fun and exciting program is designed to be a complete cardio workout using traditional and modern martial arts techniques, set to a backdrop of energtic, adrenaline-pumping music. For this program, we have removed our belt & uniform system, as well as all self-defense and sparring curriculum, making a new program dedicated strictly to physical fitness. This program is guaranteed to help you meet your physical fitness goals, whether you are aiming to lose weight, improve endurance, build muscular strength, or all of the above.

This class is also designed to be flexible so that it remains challenging regardless of your fitness level. The structure of the class is done in a way so that we start out at a slower pace, build up to a faster pace, while keeping all parts of your body moving, giving you a total body workout. Please note that we stay moving for the entire hour, and so pacing yourself, and going at a pace that you are comfortable with is very important.

The class is held on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. For More Information, please call (814) 342-6927 (D.J. Studios).
